
Chandrababu, Pawan Meet at Undavalli Residence for Crucial Review
N. Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan met at the Chief Minister’s residence in Undavalli on Tuesday to review key administrative and developmental matters.
The meeting assumed significance amid the ongoing Assembly session, with both leaders aligning discussions to recent policy decisions and legislative priorities .
An in-depth review was conducted on issues related to Panchayati Raj, Rural Development, Rural Water Supply (RWS), and the Forest Department. The progress of works under the Jal Jeevan Mission, fund utilisation , and allocations for road development were examined. The leaders also discussed constituency-wise distribution of resources to ensure balanced growth.
The Deputy Chief Minister briefed the Chief Minister on the implementation of ‘Magic Drains’ in several gram panchayats, stressing the need to strengthen sanitation systems. He proposed expanding the initiative statewide for better infrastructure management. The issue of desilting irrigation drains was also reviewed, with a focus on completing works before the cultivation season to support farmers .
The Forest Department’s ‘Hanuman Project’ was also discussed. Both leaders emphasised improved inter-departmental coordination to accelerate projects and ensure effective public service delivery.
