CM Chandrababu Naidu Assures Justice To Mother Of Missing Vijayawada Youth Sai Krishna
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Friday assured a thorough and impartial investigation into the alleged disappearance and suspected custodial death of Vijayawada youth Gade Sai Krishna , after meeting the victim’s mother at his camp office.
Sai Krishna’s mother, Gade Vijayalakshmi , met the Chief Minister and urged him to ensure a comprehensive probe into her son’s case and deliver justice to the family. She expressed deep concern over the circumstances surrounding her son’s disappearance and alleged that serious wrongdoing had taken place.
The case has triggered widespread public attention across Andhra Pradesh, with allegations that a police inspector from the Krishna Lanka area, identified as Nagaraju , was involved in the custody, torture, and subsequent death of Sai Krishna. The family has further alleged that the incident was followed by a secret disposal of the body and cremation without informing relatives , intensifying suspicions around the case.
During the meeting, Chief Minister Naidu is said to have listened to the mother’s account in detail and sought complete information from officials regarding the developments in the case so far. He assured her that the government would ensure a fair, transparent, and time-bound investigation , and that anyone found responsible would face strict legal action.
Officials stated that the Chief Minister offered personal reassurance to Vijayalakshmi, asking her to remain strong while the inquiry progresses. The assurance from the Chief Minister has reportedly brought a measure of relief to the grieving mother, who expressed hope that the truth behind her son’s disappearance would be established without delay.
The incident has already prompted intense debate in the state, with demands for accountability and an independent probe gaining momentum. Law enforcement authorities are expected to intensify the investigation in the coming days, as scrutiny grows over the handling of the missing person case.
Further updates are awaited as the investigation continues.
