In a major organisational exercise aimed at strengthening the party's structure and ensuring recognition for dedicated grassroots workers, Jana Sena Party President and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has initiated the formation of "Party Structure Information Collection Committees" across the state.

The committees have been constituted across all 25 Parliamentary constituencies and 175 Assembly constituencies in Andhra Pradesh as part of a broader effort to build a stronger cadre-based leadership system and streamline the party's organisational framework.

According to party leaders, the initiative is intended to identify committed Jana Sena activists, volunteers and local leaders who have been working consistently at the grassroots level. The committees will collect comprehensive information on their performance, commitment to the party, public acceptance, leadership qualities and overall contribution to organisational activities.

The findings gathered by these committees will be submitted to Pawan Kalyan for review. Based on the reports and feedback from senior leaders, decisions regarding the allocation of party responsibilities at various levels will be taken.

Each Parliamentary constituency will have a 28-member committee . The structure includes one observer, three senior leaders and three active party workers who have regularly participated in the party's membership enrolment programmes. In addition, 21 volunteers will work alongside them to gather and coordinate information from the field, ensuring a detailed assessment of party activities and leadership potential.

The party has also emphasised the importance of women's participation in the organisational exercise. Veera Mahilas have been given representation in the committees, reflecting Jana Sena's efforts to increase women's involvement in party-building activities and leadership development.

Jana Sena stated that the composition of the committees was personally reviewed and approved by Pawan Kalyan. The party believes the initiative will help ensure that individuals who have worked sincerely for the organisation receive due recognition and opportunities based on merit and commitment.

Party leaders said the concept was envisioned by Pawan Kalyan more than a decade ago and has now been translated into action. They described the initiative as a significant milestone that will further strengthen Jana Sena's organisational structure while helping nurture future leadership from within the party's grassroots cadre.
