Dhanush's 'Om' Gets Sithara Entertainments As Distributor In Telugu States
Dhanush is gearing up for the release of his upcoming action drama 'Om', which is scheduled to hit theatres on November 20. Directed by Rajkumar Periasamy, best known for helming 'Amaran', the film has generated considerable interest among audiences, marking one of Dhanush's much-anticipated releases.
In the latest development, Naga Vamsi's Sithara Entertainments has acquired the theatrical distribution rights for 'Om' in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The association with a prominent Telugu distribution house is expected to give the film a wider release across the two Telugu-speaking states, with a substantial number of screens.
The film features an interesting ensemble cast, with Mammootty, Sai Pallavi and Sreeleela playing other important roles alongside Dhanush. Their presence has added to the curiosity surrounding the project, particularly among Telugu audiences.
'Om' is jointly produced by Wunderbar Films and RTake Studios, while music is composed by Sai Abhyankkar, who has recently emerged as one of the promising young composers in the South Indian film industry.
With Sithara Entertainments backing its Telugu theatrical release, the makers will be looking to build momentum in the regional market ahead of the November 20 release.
