Infosys has unveiled a comprehensive AI-First Value Framework to help global enterprises adopt artificial intelligence at scale and unlock measurable business value. Powered by its generative and agentic AI suite Infosys Topaz™ , the initiative positions the company to capture a projected $300–400 billion AI services opportunity by 2030 as organizations accelerate digital transformation. The move signals a strategic shift in IT services toward AI-driven enterprise transformation , with Infosys pursuing a two-pronged approach: capturing new demand for AI-first services while embedding AI capabilities into existing engagements to enhance client outcomes.

The framework is structured around six transformation areas. AI Strategy & Engineering enables enterprise-wide AI architectures and operating models, while Data for AI converts structured and unstructured information into trusted, AI-ready assets. Process AI reimagines workflows using intelligent agents alongside human expertise to improve efficiency and experiences. Agentic Legacy Modernization helps organizations modernize legacy systems and reduce technical debt, while Physical AI embeds intelligence into devices, robotics, and digital-physical ecosystems. AI Trust ensures governance, security, compliance, and ethical safeguards across the AI lifecycle.

Infosys will deliver these capabilities through Infosys Topaz Fabric™ , an open, composable agentic AI platform integrating proprietary solutions and partner technologies. The company is already collaborating with 90% of its top 200 clients on AI initiatives and has more than 4,600 AI projects underway, supported by over 30 new service offerings. Clients are leveraging these capabilities to drive revenue growth, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and innovation, reflecting strong market demand for AI-led transformation.

Infosys Chairman Nandan Nilekani emphasized that while AI agents enhance productivity, enterprises still require deep systems integration, governance frameworks, and transformation expertise to redesign operations at scale. CEO Salil Parekh noted that the AI-First framework strengthens Infosys’s role as a trusted partner guiding clients from strategy through execution. The initiative underscores a broader shift in the global IT services industry toward intelligent operations and positions India’s technology sector at the forefront of the emerging AI-powered economy .
