‘Irumudi’ Storms Past ₹100 Crore in Five Days, Gives Ravi Teja His First Solo Hit of the Club

Ravi Teja’s Irumudi has emerged as a major box-office success, crossing the ₹100-crore mark worldwide within just five days of its release. The film, which hit theatres on August 21, has reportedly grossed around ₹105 crore globally, giving the actor his first solo film to achieve the milestone.

The emotional family drama has registered an impressive run in both domestic and international markets. In India, the film has collected approximately ₹75 crore net, while its overseas earnings have crossed ₹16 crore. The strong numbers have continued through the weekdays, with several centres witnessing healthy audience turnout and additional screenings being added to meet demand.

Directed as a heartfelt story centred on a father-daughter relationship, Irumudi follows their emotional journey against the backdrop of an Ayyappa pilgrimage. The film's blend of family sentiment, faith and childhood memories appears to have connected strongly with audiences.
