Kichcha Sudeep gave fans a special birthday treat on September 2, 2026, as the makers of his ambitious upcoming film ‘Billa Ranga Baashaa: First Blood’ unveiled a striking new poster, officially kick-starting the movie’s promotional campaign.

The first-look poster presents Sudeep in a rugged, battle-ready avatar, riding a customised motorcycle through a snow-covered battlefield. Sporting a thick beard and winter attire, he is seen surrounded by explosions, wielding weapons as a gigantic war machine and aircraft dominate the dramatic backdrop. The visuals offer an early glimpse into the film’s ambitious futuristic sci-fi action universe.

Directed by Anup Bhandari, ‘Billa Ranga Baashaa: First Blood’ marks the reunion of Sudeep and the filmmaker after their successful collaboration on ‘Vikrant Rona’. The project is being positioned as a major pan-India production and is expected to blend action, adventure, futuristic elements and extensive visual effects.

Reports suggest that the story is set in a dystopian future in 2209 AD, adding another layer of intrigue to the mysterious world being created by Bhandari. The film is being produced by K. Niranjan Reddy and Chaitanya Reddy under PrimeShow Entertainment.

The makers have also announced a long-term promotional strategy. A teaser is planned for the first quarter of 2027, followed by the trailer and songs in the third quarter of 2027, with the film targeting a worldwide theatrical release in the final quarter of 2027.

With its large-scale production design, futuristic setting and action-heavy visuals, ‘Billa Ranga Baashaa: First Blood’ is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious films of Kichcha Sudeep’s career. The birthday poster has now intensified anticipation for what promises to be a spectacular cinematic event.
