Realty firm M3M has emerged as the highest bidder for a 12.5-acre mixed-use land parcel in Sector 108, Noida, quoting around ₹1,850 crore in an auction conducted by the Noida Authority, according to sources.

The Sector 108 land parcel had a reserve price of ₹835 crore and attracted significant interest from major real estate developers. DLF Ltd also participated in the bidding process, while M3M emerged as the highest bidder with a bid of approximately ₹1,850 crore, the sources said.

The parcel has been designated for mixed-use development, which includes residential and commercial components. The substantial bid reflects the strong interest among developers in large land parcels suitable for mixed-use projects in Noida.

M3M Group, DLF Limited and Godrej Properties had been shortlisted to participate in the auction. However, only M3M and DLF took part in Tuesday's bidding, according to the sources.

An M3M spokesperson declined to comment immediately on the development, while the Noida Authority had not officially announced the auction details as of Tuesday.

The latest transaction comes amid a series of land deals involving major real estate developers in Noida.

Recently, Godrej Properties emerged as the highest bidder for a 4.95-acre residential land parcel in Sector 151, Noida, for ₹331.75 crore. The proposed residential project on the plot is expected to have a revenue potential of more than ₹2,000 crore, according to Noida Authority officials.

The bidding for the Sector 108 parcel is among the latest high-value land transactions in Noida involving leading real estate companies. The auction is expected to add to the city's pipeline of upcoming residential and commercial developments.
