Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan said the TDP-led NDA coalition government in the state is a people-friendly administration committed to addressing public issues.

He participated as the chief guest in the ‘Maata–Manthi’ interaction programme with tribal communities at Nandigaruvu village in the Paderu constituency of Alluri Sitarama Raju district on Saturday. During the event, he also celebrated the 13th foundation day of the Jana Sena Party amid traditional tribal customs.

Addressing the gathering, Pawan Kalyan assured that the government is committed to listening to tribal grievances and resolving their problems. Highlighting development works, he said a ₹2 crore road was constructed for Nandigaruvu village, which has around 40 households.

He criticized the previous government led by Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy , alleging that development in tribal areas had declined and that diversion of funds under the Jal Jeevan Mission caused drinking water shortages in agency regions.

Responding to villagers’ requests, the Deputy CM announced sanction of a 1.6-km road from Onturu Junction to Kothapolam village and directed officials to complete pending school and Anganwadi buildings. He also assured that the issue related to GO No. 3 would be taken up with Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu .

Minister Nadendla Manohar , District Collector Dinesh Kumar , SP Amit Bardar , and other officials attended the programme.
