Russian Soldier Detained After Killing Four in Crimea Shooting

A Russian serviceman allegedly opened fire on fellow soldiers and civilians in Russian occupied Crimea, killing four people and injuring four others in the village of Khmelnytske near Sevastopol, according to Moscow appointed Governor Mikhail Razvozhayev. The suspect was detained shortly after the attack, while Russian law enforcement launched a criminal investigation to determine the motive. Razvozhayev said the serviceman first turned his weapon on fellow soldiers, killing one serviceman and injuring another. He then opened fire on nearby civilians, killing three and wounding three more.
