Salman Khan Clears The Air After Bigg Boss 20 Health Scare Promo Sparks Concern
Salman Khan has addressed concerns over his health after a Bigg Boss 20 promo appeared to show the superstar suffering a health scare, prompting worry among viewers.
The actor later clarified that he is perfectly fine and that the sequence was deliberately staged as part of a lesson for contestant Qazi Touqeer during the Weekend Ka Vaar episode.
The episode centred on Qazi’s earlier prank in which he pretended to be unwell, leaving the other contestants concerned. Salman decided to turn the tables on him by staging a similar situation to demonstrate why joking about serious health issues can be upsetting for others.
However, the promo’s editing made Salman’s reaction appear genuine, leading some viewers to believe that the actor was actually facing a health problem.
Salman subsequently took to Instagram to clear up the confusion. He first praised Qazi for his acting abilities before explaining the reason behind his own performance and reassuring fans that there was no real health emergency.
The actor also acknowledged that the promo had been edited in a way that could have caused unnecessary concern. He apologised for the misleading presentation and indicated that the makers had taken steps to correct the promo.
The episode thus turned a contestant’s prank into a larger lesson about the consequences of pretending to be ill. While Salman’s staged reaction was intended to make Qazi understand the impact of such jokes, the dramatic promo edit ended up creating a separate wave of concern among viewers.
With Salman now confirming that his health is fine, the incident appears to have been less about an actual medical scare and more about a Bigg Boss 20 lesson that went beyond the house.
