Senior RSS Leaders Convene for Three-Day Strategy Meet, Census Among Key Topics

Senior RSS functionaries from across the country gathered on Friday for the three-day Akhil Bharatiya Prant Pracharak Baithak , where key organisational matters, including the ongoing nationwide Census exercise , are set to be discussed.

The annual meeting, which began in the presence of RSS Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat and Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale , will continue until July 12 . According to the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), the deliberations will focus on reviewing organisational activities, expanding the network of RSS shakhas , and assessing progress on initiatives undertaken during the Sangh's centenary (Shatabdi) year .

The meeting has brought together senior RSS office-bearers, including Sah Sarkaryavahs, Prant Pracharaks, Kshetra Pracharaks , executive council members, and organisational secretaries from 32 Sangh-inspired organisations . Representatives from all 11 Kshetras and 46 Prants are participating.

The agenda includes a review of training camps conducted between April and June 2026 , implementation of annual Karya Yojana (work plans) at the shakha level, and planning for the remaining centenary programmes, which will continue until Vijayadashami on October 20, 2026 .

The leadership will also discuss strategies for further shakha expansion to strengthen the organisation's grassroots presence across the country. In addition, the meeting will finalise Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat's Pravasa Yojana (tour plan) for 2026-27 .

Besides organisational planning, pracharaks are expected to exchange views on current national developments , with the ongoing Census among the contemporary issues on the agenda. The annual baithak serves as one of the RSS's most important internal forums for reviewing work and shaping its organisational roadmap.
