Sidharth Malhotra’s upcoming fantasy thriller The Vvan has received a new release date. The film, which blends mythology, mystery, and forest folklore , was earlier scheduled to arrive in theatres on August 28, 2026 . However, the makers have now announced that the film will release on September 25, 2026 .

The new release date was revealed through a motion poster , creating fresh excitement among fans. The film carries the intriguing tagline “Force of the Forest” and has been generating buzz ever since its first announcements.

Reports recently suggested that the team had extended the shooting schedule by a few days to enhance key portions of the film, especially the climax sequences . It appears that the additional filming requirements have contributed to the release postponement.
