Tachikawa’s late magic seals Jamshedpur FC comeback against East Bengal in ISL

In a thrilling encounter at the Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan , Jamshedpur FC snatched a dramatic 2‑1 victory over East Bengal , coming from behind thanks to a spectacular late strike from Rei Tachikawa .

East Bengal seemed in control for much of the first half. Edmund Lalrindika gave the home side the lead in the 40th minute with a composed finish, sending the home crowd into celebrations. They had earlier seen a potential opener from Bouli ruled offside, but the early momentum was clearly theirs.

However, the second half belonged to Jamshedpur. The visitors grew in confidence, and in the 61st minute, Stephen Eze powered home a header from a perfectly delivered corner by Nikola Stojanović , leveling the score at 1‑1.
