‘The Paradise’ Faces Fresh Delay Buzz As ‘Fauzi’, ‘Legacy’ Lock December Dates

Tollywood is enjoying a strong run of back-to-back hits in the second half of 2026, but two highly anticipated biggies, Nani’s ‘The Paradise’ and Prabhas’ ‘Fauzi’, are now drawing attention over their release plans.

Nani’s ‘The Paradise’, directed by Srikanth Odela, was initially scheduled for March 26 and later moved to August 21 before being pushed to September 24, 2026. However, the film is now facing fresh postponement buzz. Reports suggest that a single shoot and some technical work are still pending, creating uncertainty over whether the team can meet the September 24 deadline.

While there is no official announcement yet, reports indicate that October 1, October 2 or October 9 are being considered as possible new dates. The final decision is reportedly expected after Nani returns and discusses the schedule with the team. Distributors have also reportedly not been officially informed about a postponement.

The team has continued its promotional activity, with the latest song ‘Yeshanagula’ recently released and adding to the buzz around the film.

Meanwhile, Prabhas’ ‘Fauzi" remains firmly scheduled for December 3, 2026. Directed by Hanu Raghavapudi and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the period action drama has already received an official worldwide release-date announcement from T-Series.

The December schedule has now become more interesting with Vishwak Sen’s ‘Legacy’ officially locking December 4, 2026, just a day after ‘Fauzi’. Directed by Saikiran Reddy Daida, the political action drama is currently in its final shooting phase and features Kay Kay Menon as the antagonist.

Therefore, unlike ‘The Paradise’, ‘Fauzi’ currently has no confirmed postponement issue. Its December 3 date remains official, while ‘Legacy’ is set to arrive the following day. With both films carrying major expectations, their back-to-back release could become one of the most closely watched December schedules in Tollywood.

For now, the biggest uncertainty is clearly ‘The Paradise’, while ‘Fauzi’ and ‘Legacy’ are heading toward a confirmed December 3-4 release window.
