The international logistics company attributed the growth to healthy business momentum, disciplined execution and continued focus on operational efficiency. Profitability improved during the quarter, with EBITDA rising 48.3% YoY to Rs 6.5 crore, compared with Rs 4.4 crore a year earlier. The EBITDA margin expanded to 3.3%, from 3% in Q1 FY26. Commenting on the results, Makarand Pradhan, Promoter and Managing Director of Total Transport Systems, said the company had started FY27 on a strong note, supported by business momentum and disciplined execution. He highlighted improvements in operational efficiency and cost management, along with the company's diversified service portfolio and long-standing customer relationships.

Pradhan said India's logistics sector continues to benefit from expanding trade, supply chain diversification and infrastructure investments, although geopolitical developments have caused periodic disruptions across global shipping routes. The company said its asset-light business model, global network and customer-centric approach position it to benefit from long-term growth opportunities in the logistics sector. Going forward, it plans to strengthen service capabilities, leverage technology, improve productivity and pursue sustainable and profitable growth.

The board has also recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.25 per equity share for FY26.
